I can’t say I love EVERYthing about my job, and if I’m being honest, there are some days I wish that all the hard work, late nights, and sacrifices that come with being my own boss would disappear! But if I could pick the top three favourite things I love about being an interior designer, I’d pick playing with colour and materials, being able to draw and paint on my computer and iPad, and having the freedom to be creative. NOTION

I love this platform and though the interface is so pared down and plain, you can really soup up the content. I am learning the power of the relational data base and while still perfecting it, it is well worth the investment of time of learning it. I recently watched Ali Abdaal’s YouTube video on his Resonance Calendar and started using it to try and contain my ideas. Do you ever feel that you have so many ideas but can’t track them all? This is the way to do it here. I encourage you to watch the video and duplicate his page.
